Partners Brand PT1615 Poly Tubing 16 in 2900 ft 1.5 mil Clear

16-Inch Poly Tubing for High-Volume Packing

This clear poly tubing comes in a 16-inch width and a 2900-foot continuous roll at 1.5 mil thickness. It suits warehouses and mailrooms that bag irregular or long items on demand. The film is supplied new and ready for immediate use. Cut lengths to fit each product without keeping multiple bag sizes in stock.

Continuous Roll Eliminates Bag Size Limits

The single 2900-foot roll replaces assorted pre-made bags and lets operators seal custom lengths for every shipment. Clear film keeps contents visible for quick identification and barcode scanning. A 1.5 mil gauge balances puncture resistance with material cost for general-purpose packing. No perforations mean the operator decides the exact cut point.

Heat-Seal or Impulse-Seal for Fast Closure

The tubing works with standard heat or impulse sealers found in most packing stations. No adhesives, tapes or special tools are required beyond the sealer. Ensure the sealing jaw spans the full 16-inch width to avoid incomplete seals. Static buildup on the film can cause occasional feeding issues in very dry environments.
