26-Inch Poly Tubing for High-Volume Shipping

This clear polyethylene tubing arrives in a 2900-foot continuous roll for custom-length bagging. The 1.5 mil thickness provides a lightweight barrier suited to high-throughput packing stations. Operations that seal hundreds of packages per shift will appreciate the uninterrupted feed length.

Capacity and Headroom for Continuous Packing

A single roll yields 2900 linear feet, reducing change-over frequency during peak fulfilment periods. The 26-inch lay-flat width accommodates bulky or irregular items that exceed standard bag dimensions. Very heavy or sharp-edged products may exceed the 1.5 mil puncture resistance and require a thicker gauge.

Clear Film Build and Dispenser Compatibility

The transparent material allows instant visual identification of contents without opening the package. Standard 26-inch tubing fits most industrial roll stands and impulse sealers already present in mailrooms. The 1.5 mil film feeds smoothly through automatic equipment but lacks the rigidity for unsupported vertical dispensing.

Questions about this item

Will the 26" wide roll fit on the dispenser I already use for smaller tubing?

The roll is 26 inches wide, so check your dispenser's maximum roll width before use.

How can I verify the 1.5 mil thickness is consistent after I start using the roll?

Measure a sample section with a micrometer; it should read 1.5 mil if the product matches spec.

Does the box include a cutter or heat sealer for the 2900 ft roll?

The package contains only the clear poly tubing roll; cutting and sealing tools are sold separately.
