Partners Brand PT3003 Poly Tubing

This 30-inch wide clear poly tubing comes on a 1450-foot roll for continuous packaging needs. It suits warehouses and mailrooms that bag irregular or long items on demand. The flat lay-flat width allows custom-length bags for furniture, textiles or hardware. Users cut and seal only the length required for each shipment.

3 mil thickness capacity and limits

The 3 mil wall handles light to medium loads such as clothing, foam parts or boxed components without tearing. It resists punctures from smooth edges but will split under sharp corners or heavy concentrated weight. Heat sealers and impulse sealers close the ends cleanly. The roll yields hundreds of bags before replacement is needed.

Upgrading from pre-made bag stocks

Teams that stock dozens of fixed-size poly bags can replace them with this single roll to reduce SKU count and storage space. The jump pays off when daily packaging mixes varying lengths and volumes. Operations that only ship uniform small parcels will not gain the same flexibility.
