Reclosable Polypro Bags for Shipping

Partners Brand PZ117 reclosable polypro bags measure 6 by 4 by 15 inches and come in a clear 2 mil thickness. The pack contains 1000 bags designed for mailing and general shipping use. Each bag features a reclosable seal for repeated access.

Upgrade from Single-Use Mailers

These bags replace disposable poly mailers when items need to be opened and resealed during transit or inspection. The jump is worth it for operations that handle returns, quality checks or multi-stage packing workflows. The reclosable design reduces waste compared with tape-sealed alternatives.

Capacity and Headroom for High-Volume Shipping

A 1000-count case supports daily fulfilment lines without frequent reordering. The 2 mil film handles light to medium contents such as documents, apparel or small parts. Heavier or sharp-edged products may exceed the puncture resistance of this gauge.

Questions about this item

What are the bag dimensions so I can check if my 6 x 4 x 15 inch items will fit?

Each bag measures 6 inches wide, 4 inches deep and 15 inches long, giving a clear internal volume for items that match those dimensions.

How do I seal the bag and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Press the reclosable zipper track together firmly from one end to the other; the frequent error is leaving a small gap at the corner that lets air or moisture in.

When will I need to replace these 2 mil polypropylene bags?

Replace a bag when the zipper no longer aligns cleanly, the film shows tears or clouding, or the seal fails to hold contents securely during handling.
