Pack Quantity

The Partners Brand RTD5 reverse tuck carton ships in a pack of 250 units, giving small businesses a ready supply of uniform packaging. The kraft construction provides a consistent, professional appearance for outbound shipments and retail displays. Buyers who need fewer than 250 cartons at a time will find this pack size excessive for their workflow.

Flat Storage

Supplied flat, the cartons occupy minimal shelf space until they are folded, keeping packing stations tidy and reducing warehouse footprint. The reverse tuck design allows quick one-handed assembly without tape or glue, cutting packing time per order. Operations that rely on automated case erectors or require pre-glued crash-lock bases cannot use these flat blanks.

Kraft Finish

The natural kraft surface accepts stamps, labels and direct printing for branding or shipping information without special coatings. Its unbleached fibre content suits recycling streams and meets standard corrugate disposal routes. Brands that require a white, glossy or water-resistant exterior will need a different substrate.

Questions about this item

How do you fold and lock the reverse-tuck flaps on these 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 5 1/2 in cartons, and what is the common mistake?

Fold the side panels inward, then tuck the top and bottom flaps into the opposite side walls; the frequent error is reversing the tuck direction so the flaps catch on the exterior instead of sliding inside.

What part of the carton will wear out first if the same box is opened and closed repeatedly?

The reverse-tuck closure flaps lose their crease memory and tear at the score lines after repeated opening cycles.

At what point does the carton fail when it is stacked under sustained load?

The kraft board crushes at the bottom panel first once the stacked weight exceeds the single-wall material’s compression limit.
