Partners Brand S1530K Mailing Tubes

These crimped-end mailing tubes measure 1-1/2 inches in diameter and 30 inches in length. They arrive in a Kraft finish and are sold as a pack of 70. The design suits shipping rolled documents, posters or blueprints without folding.

Crimped ends seal without extra caps

Each tube features permanently crimped ends that close the cylinder securely. This removes the need for separate plastic caps or tape during packing. The integrated closure speeds up fulfilment and reduces the number of loose components to manage.

Suits high-volume mailrooms shipping long prints

Offices sending batches of architectural plans or artwork benefit from the bulk quantity and ready-sealed ends. Buyers who need adjustable lengths, wider diameters or reusable caps should look at alternative tube styles.

Questions about this item

Will the crimped ends on these 1-1/2" diameter tubes need replacement after repeated shipping cycles?

The crimped ends are a permanent part of each tube and are not designed to be replaced; if an end becomes damaged the tube itself would need to be discarded.

What is the first limit reached when packing heavy documents into these 30" long tubes day after day?

The practical limit is the structural strength of the kraft paper wall; overloading can cause the tube to buckle or the crimped seal to split before any other constraint appears.

How much heat builds up inside a 1-1/2" x 30" kraft tube when it sits in a delivery vehicle all day?

The tube itself generates no heat; internal temperature simply follows the ambient conditions of the vehicle and the insulation provided by the kraft paper wall.
