Crimped-End Mailing Tubes 36in PK34

These Kraft tubes measure 2-1/2 inches by 36 inches and arrive in a pack of 34. They are designed for shipping rolled documents, posters, blueprints or artwork that must stay flat and protected during transit.

Crimped ends seal without tape

Each tube end is factory-crimped, so the closure is secure the moment you fold it. This removes the need for separate caps, tape or staples and speeds up packing when you are processing multiple shipments.

Suits high-volume mailrooms and artists

Offices sending batches of large-format prints and creatives mailing portfolios will value the ready-to-use quantity. Buyers who need adjustable-length tubes, plastic end caps or diameters larger than 2-1/2 inches should look at alternative packaging options.

Questions about this item

Will the crimped ends on these 36-inch tubes need replacement after repeated shipping cycles?

The crimped ends are a permanent closure on each tube; once a tube is opened it cannot be re-crimped, so a new tube is required for the next shipment.

What limit appears first when packing heavy documents into the 2-1/2-inch diameter tubes?

The 2-1/2-inch inside diameter sets the maximum roll size; documents wider than that cannot be inserted without creasing.

How much heat builds up inside a sealed tube during all-day transit in a delivery vehicle?

The kraft paper wall provides no insulation, so internal temperature matches the vehicle ambient temperature throughout the day.
