Strapping protection for parcels

Red plastic strap guards shield package corners from tension damage during transit. Each guard measures 2 1/2 by 2 inches and fits standard strapping widths. The bright colour makes sealed cartons easy to spot in a busy warehouse. A single pack supplies 1000 pieces for high-volume shipping operations.

Verify strap width and load rating

Confirm that your strapping material is no wider than the guard opening so the plastic sits flat on the box edge. Check that the combined tension of your strapping tool does not exceed the guard’s structural limit. Ensure the red pigment meets any colour-coding rules your facility follows. No tools are required for installation.

Consistent performance under continuous use

The moulded plastic resists cracking when pallets are stacked for long periods in storage. Colour remains stable under warehouse lighting and does not transfer onto cardboard. Each guard retains its shape through repeated tension-and-release cycles during loading. The bulk quantity supports uninterrupted packing lines without frequent reordering.
