Thermal-transfer ribbon for label printers

This wax-based thermal-transfer ribbon is designed for desktop and industrial label printers that accept a 4.33 inch wide roll. It suits logistics, warehousing and retail operations that print barcodes, shipping labels or product tags on paper or coated label stock.

Replaces shorter or lighter rolls on the same

Moving from a shorter roll to the 1345 foot length reduces roll-change frequency during high-volume shifts. The jump is worthwhile when daily label output makes shorter rolls a bottleneck and the printer core accepts the larger diameter.

Simple spindle load with standard core

The ribbon loads onto the printer spindle like any standard thermal-transfer roll; no tools or firmware changes are required. Misalignment on the supply or take-up spindle is the most common cause of wrinkled prints or ribbon breaks, so verify core seating before starting a batch.
