Partners Brand VCI4835 VCI Paper Roll

This industrial roll delivers vapor corrosion inhibitor protection for metal parts during storage and shipment. The 35 lb weight provides tear resistance suitable for demanding packaging environments. It is intended for manufacturers, maintenance teams and shippers who need reliable corrosion prevention on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Upgrade from lighter kraft or plain wrap

Switching to this VCI paper replaces standard wrapping that offers no active corrosion inhibition. The jump is justified when parts face humid transit, long-term warehousing or export conditions where rust risk is high. Buyers who only need basic dust cover or short-term indoor protection will not benefit from the added chemistry.

48 inch width by 200 yard length for high-volume

The roll dimensions support continuous wrapping on automated or manual packaging stations without frequent changeovers. It comfortably handles large components, bundled assemblies and palletised loads where full coverage is required. Operations needing narrower widths or shorter rolls for low-volume packing will find this format excessive.
