This PayandPack flange secures 1.9" outer-diameter pool handrails to concrete or wood decks. It replaces embedded anchor sockets with a surface-mounted design suited to composite or stainless-steel tubing. The ivory-white engineering-nylon body resists corrosion and UV exposure for maintenance-free service. One pack contains a single 3"-high base.

Practical limits of the 1.9" rail interface

The base accepts rails with a 1.90" outer diameter; its inner diameter runs from 1.9" at the bottom to 1.93" at the top. Rails outside that tolerance will not seat properly. The 5.13" base diameter sets the footprint on the deck, so spacing between multiple anchors must accommodate that width. No other rail sizes or deck types are supported.

Installation ease and common issues
