  • V-bar links bite ice for confident ATV traction
  • Ladder cross pattern keeps chains aligned under torque
  • Fits common ATV sizes from 22 to 24 inch diameters
  • Hardened steel construction resists wear on rocky trails
  • Sold as a matched pair for balanced installation

Purpose-built traction for ATVs

Peerless 1064556 V-Bar tire chains are a steel ladder-pattern pair made for all-terrain vehicles. The aggressive V-bar cross members dig into snow, ice and loose ground to restore forward grip where standard treads slip.

Fitment focus and limits

These chains suit ATVs running the listed 22, 23 and 24 inch tyre sizes such as 22x11x10, 24x10x11 or 24x9.5x10. Riders with different diameters, wider profiles or highway-only tyres should look elsewhere because the pattern will not tension correctly.

Straightforward ladder installation

Lay the pair flat, drape over the tread and fasten the tensioning system evenly on both sides. The most common issue is leaving slack after the first few metres; re-tighten once the chains settle into the tread blocks to prevent cross-member shift.
