Two-tone colour coding for filing

Pendaflex Essentials 152-BLU folders use a bright blue exterior with a lighter blue interior to make top tabs easier to read and reduce misfiling. Each folder is 11 point single-ply stock with a straight-cut full tab. The box contains 100 folders sized for letter sheets. They are made in the USA and contain at least 10% post-consumer waste.

Straight-cut tab limits search speed

The straight-cut tab runs the full width of the folder so every tab sits in the same position. This works well for alphabetic or numeric sequences but slows visual scanning when you need staggered tabs for project codes or date-based runs. Single-ply 0.15" thickness means tabs can tear if the drawer is overstuffed or handled roughly.

Capacity suits routine office volumes

A box of 100 folders fills roughly 15 inches of drawer space at 0.15" each, enough for several months of active client files or a full year of archived invoices. The 7.8 lb box weight keeps shipping and handling simple. It will not suit high-turnover legal-size workloads or environments that need reinforced tabs for daily pulling.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 100-count box or a smaller pack?

This listing is the 100-count box; no smaller pack is offered for this MPN.

How much shelf space will 100 folders occupy?

Each folder is .15 thick, so 100 folders stack to roughly 15 inches plus tab height.

Will these fit standard letter-size hanging rails?

Yes — sheet size is 8.50 x 11 with a straight-cut full tab, matching standard letter rails.
