Teal Hanging Folders 1/5 Tab

Pendaflex Essentials 81614 supplies twenty-five letter-size hanging folders in a single teal shade for offices that colour-code active projects. The 11 pt. stock and acid-free construction protect documents during frequent handling. Each folder includes a colour-matched PVC-free tab and a blank white insert ready for handwritten or printed labels.

Replaces single-colour or manila sets

A mixed-colour assortment forces users to sort folders before filing; this single-colour box eliminates that step when a department adopts one hue for a category. The jump is worth it when a team needs an immediate, uniform batch rather than hunting through assorted packs for matching tabs.

Limited to letter-size rails

The folders fit standard letter-width hanging rails only; they will not sit on legal or A4 suspension systems. Tab positions are fixed at one-fifth cuts, so custom tab spacing is not possible. Buyers who need legal-length folders, wider tab intervals, or a different colour must select another product.

Questions about this item

What are the folder dimensions and tab configuration for the 81614 teal hanging folders?

The folders are letter size with a 1/5 tab cut, providing five tab positions per folder for staggered labeling.

How do the coated rods and PVC-free tabs install on the 81614 folders?

The coated rods slide onto the folder hooks; the clear tabs snap into the notched inserts, which then fit into the tab slots — insert the label before snapping the tab in place.

Will the 11 pt. stock and acid-free material in the 81614 folders hold up for long-term archival storage?

Yes, the 11 pt. stock resists tearing and the acid-free construction prevents yellowing, making the folders suitable for permanent document retention.
