Pentel EnerGel RTX Retractable Gel Pen 0.7mm Black 2 Pack BL77BP2A

Pentel EnerGel RTX 0.7mm Black 2 Pack

The Pentel EnerGel RTX is a retractable liquid gel pen sold as a two-pack with black ink and a 0.7 mm medium tip. It suits office workers, students and anyone who wants quick-drying lines without smearing. The metal tip and latex-free ribbed grip give a professional feel during long writing sessions.

Installing and using the pen

Remove the cap and click the top button to extend the tip; the mechanism locks securely for immediate writing. Because the barrel is sealed, there is no separate refill to seat and no spring to misplace during first use. The only common issue is pressing the clip too hard, which can retract the tip unexpectedly.

Behaviour during extended writing

The water-based liquid gel ink keeps flowing evenly across pages of notes without skipping or blobbing. Fast drying time means left-handed writers avoid smudges even after continuous paragraphs. The metal tip resists deformation so line width stays consistent from the first word to the last.
