Smooth retractable gel pen

This Pentel BL77-B EnerGel RTX roller ball pen uses a blended liquid-gel ink that flows without skipping. The retractable mechanism removes the need for a cap, and the stainless steel accents give the barrel a professional appearance. Acid-free formulation dries quickly to prevent smearing on documents.

Left-handed writers and everyday office use

Quick-drying ink makes this pen suitable for left-handed users who often drag their hand across fresh writing. The medium point produces a visible line for notes, signatures and general paperwork. Buyers who need an ultra-fine line for detailed technical drawings or a broader stroke for bold marking should look at other tip sizes.

RTX ink and tip technology

The exclusive RTX ink/tip system blends liquid and gel properties to deliver a super-smooth writing experience with vivid colour. Acid-free ink dries rapidly without blotting, keeping pages clean during fast note-taking. This single technology determines whether the pen matches the user’s preference for fluid, smudge-resistant performance.

Questions about this item

Does the BL77B RTX pen come ready to write or do I need to buy a refill separately?

Each BL77B RTX pen is sold as a single unit with ink already installed, so it writes straight from the box.

The listing shows a single model BL77B with red medium ink; are there other point sizes or colours in this same range?

This specific item is the red medium version; other colours or tip widths would be separate SKUs not covered by this listing.

How does the medium tip on the RTX perform for everyday note-taking?

The medium roller ball lays down a vivid, acid-free line that dries fast without smearing, making it reliable for quick notes and left-handed use.
