Twist-Erase III Mechanical Pencil

The Pentel QE519BP2-K6 is a 0.9 mm mechanical pencil sold as a pack of two. It features a sturdy, well-balanced barrel and an oversized latex-free grip designed for comfort and control during extended writing sessions. A protective tip stabilises the lead to reduce breakage while writing or drafting. The metal mechanism delivers consistent lead advancement with every click.

0.9 mm Lead Capacity and Eraser Refills

Each pencil comes pre-loaded with Super Hi-Polymer HB lead equivalent to a standard #2 pencil. The 0.9 mm diameter provides a broader stroke suited to bold writing or sketching where finer lines are not required. A long-lasting twist-up eraser is built in, and the pack includes two additional eraser refills so the pencil remains usable without interruption.

Refillable Design and Latex-Free Grip

The pencils are fully refillable, accepting standard 0.9 mm lead and Pentel eraser refills to extend their service life. The latex-free grip and eraser accommodate users with latex sensitivities while preventing smudges, paper tears and ghost marks. No further specifications regarding lead capacity limits or advance mechanism tolerances are provided by the manufacturer.

Questions about this item

Will the 0.9 mm lead size accept the 0.9 mm refills I already keep?

Yes, the pencil uses 0.9 mm lead and Super Hi-Polymer HB refills fit the mechanism.

How can I confirm the twist-up eraser and click advance work correctly after opening the pack?

Click the top button — lead should extend cleanly each time — and twist the barrel; the larger eraser should rise smoothly without smudging or tearing paper.

What does the pack of two contain and what must I buy separately?

Two pencils with assorted barrel colours, each pre-loaded with HB lead and a long-lasting twist-up eraser, plus two eraser refills in the box; additional 0.9 mm lead refills are sold separately.
