Airline-Compliant Travel Kennel

The Petmate Sky Kennel 100 is a rigid polypropylene crate certified for live-animal air transport under IATA rules and most airline cargo specifications. It measures 21 inches in overall length and weighs in at a size suited to pets up to 15 lbs. The shell is moulded from EcoTEC plastic containing at least 90 percent pre-consumer recycled material and is manufactured in the USA.

For Small Breeds Only

This kennel fits Chihuahuas, puppies, kittens and similar animals that need a secure, ventilated space for flights or car journeys. It is not built for medium or large dogs, nor for owners who require a collapsible wire crate for permanent home use. Buyers needing a heavier-duty frame for escape-prone pets should look elsewhere.

Steady Ventilation And Secure Latch

The 360-degree ventilation slots maintain constant airflow during long waits on the tarmac or in the hold, while the easy-squeeze latch with interlocks resists vibration without loosening. An absorbent pad and clip-on food and water cup stay in place through turbulence, and the folding top handle keeps the profile low when the crate is stacked.
