Simple Fill and Grind Adjustment

Remove the top nut to pour whole peppercorns into the acrylic body, then replace the nut and turn the U'Select ring to choose a grind setting. The mechanism is designed for dry peppercorns only; salt, wet spices or pre-ground pepper will clog the burrs and void the mechanism warranty. Over-tightening the head nut can bind the shaft and make grinding stiff.

Manual Operation Limits Output
