Philips Hue 560417 Gradient Lightstrip 65 inch lighting

Philips Hue 65-inch Gradient Lightstrip

The Philips Hue 560417 is a 65-inch gradient lightstrip designed for 65 to 70 inch TVs. It blends white and coloured light along a single strip to create immersive bias lighting behind the screen. The unit requires a Hue Bridge and Hue Sync Box to operate. It suits viewers who want synchronised lighting effects for movies, games and music.

A Hue Bridge connects the lightstrip to the Zigbee network for app control and voice assistant support. The Hue Sync Box analyses on-screen content in real time and drives the gradient zones to match colours across the entire length. Without both accessories the strip cannot display gradient effects or synchronise with media. The Spotify integration also depends on this hardware chain.

20 W power draw with fixed 100-inch length

The lightstrip draws 20 W and runs on 100-120 V input with a maximum standby power of 0.5 W. Its fixed 100-inch length covers the perimeter of 65 to 70 inch displays using the included mounts. It cannot be cut or extended, so larger screens or custom installations are not supported. Operational humidity range is 5 to 95 percent non-condensing.
