Clear dialogue headphones

The Philips SM-905TV is a wired on-ear headset designed for TV listening. It uses sound amplification and a rotary TONE control to boost dialogue clarity up to 114dB. A 5.5m coiled cable and a 1.5m cable with microphone are included. Power comes from a built-in lithium-ion battery rated for 40 hours of playback.

Suits seniors and quiet viewers

Ideal for anyone who struggles with muffled TV audio or needs private late-night listening without disturbing others. The adjustable headband and sealed protein earmuffs support long sessions. Not suited for buyers who want wireless freedom, active noise cancellation, or a headset for mobile commuting.

Simple analogue setup

Plug the 3.5mm connector into any TV or device with an analogue audio output; an RCA adapter cable is supplied. The headphones must be switched on and charged for amplification to work. TVs with only digital optical or coaxial outputs require a separate digital-to-analogue converter not included.
