Philips WFL900/H twin-pack headband headphones

This set contains two white on-ear headbands with built-in ultra-thin stereo speakers and a Bluetooth module. They are designed for listeners who want audio while sleeping, exercising or travelling without inserting earbuds or wearing bulky cups. The soft 95 % polyester and 5 % spandex fabric stretches to fit most head sizes and wicks sweat during workouts. A 3.5 mm connector is also provided for wired use when wireless is not needed.

Side sleepers, shift workers and active users

The central forehead control module avoids pressure on the ears when lying on a pillow, making the headbands suitable for side sleepers and people managing insomnia or tinnitus. The breathable material keeps hair and perspiration off the face during jogging, yoga or gym sessions. Buyers who need active noise cancellation, high-fidelity critical listening or a traditional over-ear form factor should consider other designs.

14-hour battery life decides suitability

Each headband houses a lithium-polymer cell that delivers up to 14 hours of wireless playback and recharges in about 2 hours via USB. If a single overnight or all-day session exceeds that runtime, the product will not last without recharging. The 15 m Bluetooth range covers typical bedroom or gym distances. PQAJDPYMYR
