Replacement Ear Cushions for Office Headsets

These 50 mm white leatherette pads replace worn originals on compatible Plantronics and Jabra office headsets. The 35 mm mounting diameter fits models such as the HW510 HW520 and Jabra Biz 1500. They are sold as a four pack for users who need to refresh multiple headsets at once.

Bundled Mic Covers Add Hygiene

Each pack includes four foam microphone covers supplied at no extra cost. The covers slip over the boom mic to reduce breath pop and keep the capsule clean during long shifts. Installation requires no tools and takes only seconds per headset.

Breathable Leatherette Build for Daily Wear

The soft protein leather surface resists sweat and stays comfortable through extended calls. A 3.5 mm connector on the host headset carries audio while the cushions clamp securely over the existing ear cups. The 15 mm thickness maintains the original fit without adding bulk.

Questions about this item

How often will the 50 mm leatherette cushions need replacing under daily office use?

The protein leather is designed for hard wearing and resists sweat, so the pads typically last through extended daily sessions before showing wear.

What is the first comfort limit reached during an all-day call?

The 15 mm thickness and 35 mm mounting diameter set the on-ear fit; pressure on the ear cartilage becomes noticeable before the breathable material overheats.

Do the white pads stay cool and quiet during continuous wear?

Passive noise isolation and breathable leatherette keep heat build-up low, and with no electronics there is no fan or coil noise at all.
