Fixed 10 LB EZ Curl Barbell

This Philosophy Gym barbell arrives pre-loaded at 10 LB with rubber-coated weights on a chromed steel shaft. The fixed design removes the need to add or remove plates before each set. It suits home or garage gym owners who want a single, ready-to-lift bar for arm and upper-body work.

Diamond knurl and rubber ends

The diamond-knurled grips give a secure hold without aggressive sharpness, while the rubber coating on the weight ends protects flooring and reduces noise when the bar is set down. No assembly is required; the bar is a single solid piece, so there are no collars to tighten or threads to strip.

10 LB fixed increment

This unit is the 10 LB step in a range that runs from 10 LB to 110 LB in 10 LB jumps. Because the weight cannot be changed, buyers who need adjustable loads or heavier single bars must choose a different model.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 10 LB fixed barbell is correctly assembled and balanced before my first set?

The rubber-coated weight plates are permanently fixed to the chromed steel bar, so there are no collars to check. Verify the diamond-knurled grips feel even in both hands and that the bar sits level on a flat rack.

What comes with the 10 LB EZ curl bar and what extra items are required?

The unit arrives as a single pre-loaded barbell with rubber-coated weights and knurled chrome handle. No plates, collars or tools are included or needed; it is ready to lift immediately.

Which weight increment should I choose between 10 LB and 110 LB for progressive arm training?

The range moves in 10 LB steps. Pick the heaviest bar that lets you complete your target reps with strict form on curls and extensions, then step up to the next increment when those sets become easy.
