Product Identity

The Phylrich D1200T-015 is a traditional-style deck tub set from the REVERE & SAVANNAH collection finished in Satin Nickel. It is designed for homeowners updating a master bathroom with a classic American-made fixture.

Installation Reality

The set includes the K5120 deck tub spout with a 9-inch centre-to-centre reach and lever handles standing 7-3/4 inches high. A separate purchase of valve 80001248 is required to complete the rough-in, so verify compatibility before starting work.

Ideal Buyer

This suits renovators who want a coordinated traditional look with U.S. manufacturing. Buyers needing a complete kit in one box or a modern minimalist design should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the K5120 deck tub spout and lever handles are operating correctly after installation?

Turn on the water supply and check that the spout delivers a steady, leak-free stream at the 9-inch centre-to-centre reach while both lever handles move smoothly through their full range without dripping.

Which components are included with the D1200T-015 set and what must be purchased separately?

The box contains the K5120 deck tub spout, 3/4-inch valves and matching lever handles in Satin Nickel; the required 80001248 valve is not included and must be bought separately.

How do I choose between the available versions of the REVERE & SAVANNAH deck tub set?

The D1200T-015 is offered only in the Satin Nickel finish with lever handles and a 9-inch spout reach, so no alternative versions or capacities exist for this model.
