Ergonomic Gel Pen for Extended Writing

The Pilot Dr. Grip 36270 is a retractable roller ball pen designed for people who write for long periods. Its wide, double-layer cushioned grip is commended by the Arthritis Foundation for reducing hand fatigue. The balanced, lighter-weight barrel helps maintain comfort during extended sessions. Black gel ink flows smoothly at a 0.7 mm line size.

Refillable with Pilot G2 Cartridges

The single specification that decides fit is compatibility with standard Pilot G2 refills. When the original cartridge runs out, the barrel accepts a direct replacement without tools. This keeps the pen in service instead of discarded. The retractable mechanism protects the tip when not in use.

Retractable Mechanism Adds Daily Convenience

The click-action retraction removes the need for a separate cap that can be lost. One press extends the tip for immediate writing; a second press shields it inside the barrel. This makes the pen practical for pockets, bags or desk organisers. The gray charcoal finish resists visible wear from regular handling.
