Ergonomic Refill Design

This two-pack of Pilot Dr. Grip Center of Gravity ballpoint refills uses a balanced weight distribution and a wide double-layer comfort grip to reduce writing fatigue. Each medium-point cartridge delivers black ink in a smooth, consistent flow. The refills measure .3 by 1.9 by 6 inches and weigh .02 pounds each.

Replaces Worn Cartridges

Swap these refills into a compatible Dr. Grip barrel when the original ink runs dry or the tip wears down. The change restores the pen’s original balance and low-friction glide without buying a new body. The jump is worth it whenever the current refill skips, blobs or requires extra pressure.

Suits Daily Writers

Ideal for students, office workers and journal keepers who write for long periods and value reduced hand strain. Buyers who need a different ink colour, a finer or broader point, or a refill for a non-Dr. Grip pen should look at other options.
