Pilot G2 1.0 mm Gel Pen 12-Pack

The Pilot G2 31256 is a retractable gel pen with a 1.0 mm bold point and black ink. It is sold as a 12-pack for office, school or home use where a smooth, consistent line is needed for notes, lists, drawing or extended writing sessions.

Refill Compatibility Check

These pens accept Pilot G2 refills sold separately, so verify you have the correct refill model before ordering. The clear barrel lets you see the remaining ink level, and the retractable mechanism means no cap to lose during daily use.

Contoured Grip and Quick-Dry Ink

A contoured rubber grip reduces hand fatigue during long writing periods. The gel ink dries quickly to help prevent smudges and smears, and the refillable design allows the barrel to be reused multiple times instead of discarded.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 12-pack and do I need to buy refills separately?

The pack contains twelve Pilot G2 retractable gel pens with 1.0 mm bold points and black ink. Refills are sold separately.

Should I choose the 1.0 mm bold point or a finer tip for everyday notes?

The 1.0 mm bold point lays down a wider line suited to signatures, headings and sketching; finer tips are available in other G2 models.

How long does the ink in a 1.0 mm G2 pen last in daily use?

Pilot states the G2 1.0 is the longest-lasting gel ink pen in their data on file, so each pen writes significantly more than standard gel pens.
