Disposable Fountain Pen

The Pilot Varsity 90011 is a ready-to-use fountain pen with a pre-filled blue ink reservoir and a genuine stainless steel nib. It requires no cartridge changes, refills or cleaning, making it a straightforward choice for everyday writing tasks. The see-through barrel lets you monitor the ink level at a glance.

Ideal for Casual Writing, Not for Nib Enthusiasts

Students, office workers and anyone wanting a fountain-pen feel without maintenance will appreciate the convenience. Buyers who prefer interchangeable nib sizes, bottled-ink colours or a refillable pen should look at other models.

Medium Stainless Steel Nib

The nib is a fixed medium-grade stainless steel unit that produces a consistent fine line. Because it cannot be swapped or adjusted, the writing width is set by this single specification.

Questions about this item

What size refill cartridge does the Pilot 90011 Varsity fountain pen accept?

The Pilot 90011 Varsity is a completely disposable fountain pen with no refill cartridge; the entire unit is discarded once the pre-filled ink supply is exhausted.

How do I start the ink flow on a new Pilot 90011 Varsity pen, and what common step is missed?

Remove the cap and write normally; the advanced liquid ink system feeds the stainless steel nib instantly, but users often press too hard instead of letting the pen glide.

When does the Pilot 90011 Varsity pen need to be replaced?

Replace the pen when the see-through barrel shows the blue ink reservoir is empty; the stainless steel nib and ink system are not serviceable or refillable.
