Two-Pack 1U Cable Manager for 19 Inch Racks

This two-pack supplies two horizontal cable managers that each occupy 1U in a standard 19 inch rack. The units are built for server rooms and network cabinets where patch cords and trunk cables need orderly routing across the front of the enclosure. Installers gain 24 slots per manager to separate and guide individual cables.

Single 1U Height Limits Vertical Density

Each manager is 1.75 inches high, so only one rack unit of vertical space is available for cable entry and exit. The 1.75 inch depth restricts the bend radius of thicker cables and limits the total bundle volume that can sit behind the cover. Installations with large-diameter fibre or heavy power cords may exceed the usable capacity of a single 1U tray.

Cold Rolled Steel with Rounded Slots and Cover

The trays are formed from cold rolled steel with rounded slot edges that prevent jacket damage during pulls or moves. A snap-on cover encloses the 24 slots, keeping cables contained and reducing accidental disconnects. Mounting screws and cable ties are included, so the managers fasten directly to standard 19 inch rack rails without extra hardware.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 1U height or the taller 2.8 inch version?

The 1U panel is 1.75 inches tall; the alternative Fencher model is 2.8 inches tall if you need deeper cable routing.

What does the 24 slot count mean for daily cable routing?

Twenty-four rounded slots let you separate up to 24 cable bundles horizontally, keeping patch leads tidy and reducing accidental disconnects.

What does the 19 inch width mean for rack mounting?

The panel spans the full 19 inch rack width and bolts to standard square or threaded holes using the included screws.
