Check your laptop power port and rating

Verify that your device charges through a USB-C port and accepts up to 45W from a 20V 2.25A source. The adapter provides fixed output steps at 5V 3A, 9V 3A, 12V 3A, 15V 3A, 18V 2.5A and 20V 2.25A. It will not suit laptops requiring proprietary barrel connectors or higher wattage.

Thermals noise and power draw

The charger draws 1.3A maximum at 100-240V AC input with no moving parts, so it runs silently. Normal warmth is expected during high-load charging at 20V output. The compact enclosure dissipates heat passively without fan noise.
