What this charger replaces

This 65W USB-C AC adapter supplies 20V at 3.25A and accepts 100-240V input, matching the original power requirements for listed Dell XPS 13 and Latitude models. It ships as a new unit with a detachable power cord included.

Who should buy this and who should not

Buyers replacing a lost or damaged USB-C charger for compatible XPS 13 or Latitude laptops will find the correct voltage and connector here. Users whose devices require a proprietary barrel connector or a higher wattage brick cannot use this adapter.

The specification that decides fit

The single deciding factor is the USB-C port delivering exactly 20V 3.25A; if your Dell laptop charges through USB-C at that profile the adapter works, otherwise it will not power the machine.

Questions about this item

Does the 65 W USB-C adapter run hot or make noise during all-day use?

The adapter is certified to FCC and ROHS standards and includes smart-chip protection against overheating, over-voltage and short circuits, so it stays cool and silent under continuous load.

What must I already own to use this charger with my Dell laptop?

You need a Dell Latitude or XPS model listed — such as Latitude 5420, 5530, 7430 or XPS 13 9360, 9370, 9380 — that charges through a USB-C port accepting 20 V at 3.25 A.

Will this 65 W USB-C adapter work alongside my older 45 W Dell barrel charger?

Yes, it supplies up to 65 W at 20 V 3.25 A via USB-C and is compatible with the same Latitude and XPS models that originally shipped with 45 W barrel adapters, so you can mix them.
