Outdoor Wireless Bridge Kit

The PISKEKAT CPE120 is a 2.4 GHz outdoor wireless bridge designed for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint links up to one kilometre. It delivers a 300 Mbps data rate and comes as a pre-programmed two-unit kit for quick deployment.

Included Accessories and Software

The package supplies two bridge units so a link can be established immediately without sourcing a second device separately. Pre-programming aligns the radios before shipment, reducing on-site configuration to basic mounting and power-up. LED indicators on each unit display the active mode, channel and signal strength to aid alignment.

Ideal Use Cases and Limits

This kit suits installers extending a network to a second building, connecting IP cameras for remote surveillance or bridging elevator monitoring systems. It is not intended for users who need 5 GHz operation, throughput above 300 Mbps, or indoor-only access point functionality.

Questions about this item

How do I maintain the LED display on the CPE120?

The LED display shows operation mode, channel, and signal strength. Keep the unit clean and check the display regularly for any changes in signal quality or mode indication.

What limits the 300Mbps throughput during sustained use?

The 2.4G wireless link and 1KM transmission distance are the primary factors that affect sustained throughput. Signal strength and environmental conditions will determine actual performance.

How much heat does the CPE120 generate when running continuously?

The outdoor-rated CPE120 is designed for continuous operation in external environments. Its enclosure handles normal heat dissipation during all-day use without active cooling.
