65W AC adapter for Acer Aspire and Chromebook

The PISKEKAT N15Q8 is a new 65W laptop charger designed for Acer Aspire 1, 3 and 5 series notebooks plus a wide range of Chromebook models. It accepts a universal 100-240V input and delivers 19V at 3.42A. The package includes the adapter, an AC power cord and product manuals.

Sustained 65W output with 45W backward compatibility

Under continuous load the unit maintains its full 65W rating rather than throttling after a short burst. It also supports devices that require 19V at 2.37A 45W, so one adapter covers both power profiles without overheating or shutting down during extended use.

3.0*1.1mm barrel connector and fixed cable

The small-tip 3.0*1.1mm connector fits the listed Acer models; the larger 5.5*1.7mm tip used on some A13-045N2A variants is not compatible. The integrated output cable means there is no separate DC lead to lose, while the detachable AC cord allows easy replacement if the mains plug is damaged.

Questions about this item

Does the N15Q8 charger run hot when powering a laptop at 65 W all day?

The adapter accepts 100-240 V input and delivers 19 V at 3.42 A for 65 W output, a level typical for compact laptop supplies that stay within normal temperature limits during continuous use.

What must I already have to use this charger with my Acer laptop?

You need an Acer model that uses the 3.0*1.1 mm barrel tip — such as Aspire 3 A315-23, A315-24P, A315-58 or Chromebook CB3-431 — and a standard wall outlet for the included AC cord.

Will this 65 W unit work with my older 45 W Acer adapter (A13-045N2A) without issues?

Yes, the N15Q8 is compatible with the A13-045N2A and other 45 W part numbers like ADP-45FE F and ADP-45HE B, automatically providing 19 V 2.37 A when the laptop requests the lower power.
