Purpose and compatibility

This coiled cable links any Polaris headset fitted with a Quick-Disconnect plug to telephones that provide a compatible modular headset port. It is intended for office workers and contact-centre staff who need to retrofit existing headsets without replacing the entire unit.

Capacity and limits

The single cable carries analog voice signals between the headset and the desk phone, supporting normal call handling and mute functions built into the headset. It does not add inline volume controls, amplification or digital signal processing, so users who require those features will need a separate adapter or a headset with integrated controls.

Bundled value

No additional adapters, splitters or software are included in the package; the product is solely the coiled cord itself. Buyers receive a direct replacement or spare connection lead that restores the Quick-Disconnect link when the original cable is lost or damaged.
