Sync 40 speakerphone for flexible workspaces

The Plantronics Sync 40 is a portable smart speakerphone built for professionals who move between desks, meeting rooms and home offices. It connects to a PC or Mac with the included USB-A/USB-C cable and pairs with smartphones over Bluetooth. The device is certified for Microsoft Teams and works with Zoom and other leading meeting platforms.

USB and Bluetooth connectivity free the desk

A single combined USB-A/USB-C cable handles power and audio for computer calls, so no separate power supply or driver installation is required. Bluetooth pairing lets the same unit serve mobile calls without re-cabling. The compact form factor leaves desk space open for notes or a laptop while the microphone array captures voices from around the table.

Replaces wired headsets and basic conference pucks

Users who currently rely on a tethered headset gain hands-free freedom and room-scale pickup for group discussions. Teams using entry-level speakerphones that lack Teams certification will notice more reliable call controls and mute sync. The upgrade makes sense when meetings shift between computer and phone several times a day.
