Plantronics Savi 8220 binaural headset

The Plantronics Savi 8220 is a binaural wireless headset built for professionals who manage calls across a desk phone, a computer softphone and a mobile phone. It lets you switch between the three sources without removing the headset. The design covers both ears for focused conversation in open offices. Part number 207325-01 identifies this specific configuration.

Multi-device users seeking a single headset

This headset suits anyone who needs one device for desk phone, softphone and mobile calls. It is not for buyers who want a monaural wearing style or a wired connection only. It is not for users who require active noise cancellation for the microphone or earcups. It is not for setups that need a base station supporting more than three simultaneous device links.

Questions about this item

Does the Savi 8220 come with a base station or must I buy one separately?

The headset connects to a desk phone, computer softphone and a cell phone through its included base, so no extra purchase is required for multi-device switching.

Should I choose the binaural 8220 or a mono version for office calls?

The 8220 is the binaural model with two earcups; if you prefer single-ear coverage you would need a different Plantronics Savi variant.
