A conical copper soldering tip measuring 0.2 mm wide and 26 mm long, rated for 850 °F and compatible with Weller WSP80 handpieces
This Plato LT1L tip fits Weller WP 80, WSP 80, WSP 80N and WXP 80 handpieces used with WD1002, WD1002T, WR2000VX, WR3000M, WR3000SA, WR3000TA, WT1012, WT1013 and WT1013N stations. The 0.2 mm conical point suits fine soldering work where a narrow contact area is required.
The tip screws directly into the compatible handpiece without tools. Ensure the handpiece is cool and the threads are clean before fitting; debris or cross-threading can prevent proper thermal contact and cause premature tip wear.
Confirm your handpiece model matches WP 80, WSP 80, WSP 80N or WXP 80 and that your station appears in the supported list. The tip operates up to 850 °F, so the station must be capable of driving that temperature range for the tip to function correctly.

The iron should reach the rated 850 °F maximum operating temperature; verify with a tip thermometer or by observing normal solder flow on a test joint.
The package contains the single copper conical tip measuring .2 mm wide, 26 mm long with a 4.6 mm outside diameter; a compatible Weller handpiece such as the WP 80, WSP 80, WSP 80N or WXP 80 and a supported station like the WD1002 or WR3000 series are required separately.
The LT1L is a .2 mm conical tip; select a different LT-series tip with a larger or smaller width for broader or finer work respectively.
