Compact foldable racing cockpit

The Playseat Challenge ActiFit is a foldable racing simulator chair built for home use. Its space-saving frame collapses for storage while keeping the wheel and pedals attached. Powder-coated steel construction delivers a stable platform that supports all major steering-wheel and pedal sets on PC and consoles.

ActiFit airflow material keeps you cool

Vertical microfibres in the ActiFit fabric move air across the seat surface during long sessions. The breathable cover reduces heat build-up without relying on active cooling. A rigid steel skeleton absorbs steering forces so the chair stays planted on the floor.

Fits every current wheel and pedal set

Compatibility spans Fanatec, Logitech, Thrustmaster and MadCatz hardware on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Buyers who need a fixed-mount rig with a larger footprint or integrated motion platform should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I unfold the 53" x 21" x 37" frame and what step do people miss?

Pull the frame open until the locking pins click into both side rails; the step most miss is securing the pedal plate bolts before mounting the wheel.

What part of the ActiFit seat or frame will need replacement first?

The ActiFit fabric cover can be removed and replaced if it wears; the powder-coated steel frame has no user-serviceable parts.

At what point does the 20 lb chair start to shift during a long session?

On smooth floors the chair can slide under hard braking; adding rubber feet or a mat stops the movement.
