This Plugrand WA-003L1 cord converts a standard NEMA 5-15P 15A 125V household plug into a 4-in-1 T-blade receptacle accepting NEMA 5-15R, 5-20R, 6-15R and 6-20R connectors. The 1ft length uses 12AWG copper conductors rated for heavy-duty use. A built-in double-break on/off switch is rated at 23A 125V and 16A 250V. The assembly is UL listed.

Check your device voltage before connecting

The adapter passes the source voltage through without conversion. Connected equipment must support a wide input range of 110V to 220V when using the 250V receptacle configurations (NEMA 6-15R or 6-20R). The supply circuit must be a 15A 125V NEMA 5-15 outlet. Do not exceed the 15A plug rating or the 23A switch rating at 125V.
