Essential Heart Rate Tracking

The Polar H9 is a chest-strap heart rate sensor designed for everyday sports and fitness activities. It delivers reliable, real-time heart rate data and accurate calorie burn measurement for men and women wearing the included XS-S size Polar Soft Strap. The sensor runs on a user-replaceable lithium primary battery and connects wirelessly to a wide range of training devices and applications.

Connects to Watches Apps and Gym Gear

Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity lets the sensor pair with sports watches from Polar, Garmin and Fitbit, plus smartphones, bike computers and compatible gym equipment. The machine-washable soft strap secures the module against the chest, freeing the wrists from optical sensors while transmitting live data to whatever display or recording platform the athlete prefers.

Suits Daily Training Not Specialised Needs

This sensor fits adults who want a straightforward, research-grade heart rate monitor for general cardio workouts such as running, cycling or group exercise. It is not intended for swimmers requiring submerged transmission, for users who need onboard memory to record without a paired device, or for anyone needing advanced running dynamics or recovery metrics beyond basic heart rate and calorie data.
