Herbie 1/25 Scale Snap Model Kit

The Polar Lights POL1005 recreates the famous Volkswagen Beetle from the 1969 Disney film. It is a snap-together plastic kit aimed at Disney fans, classic car collectors and hobbyists who want a display piece without the hassle of glue or paint. The moulded parts come in colour and include chrome-plated details for a finished look straight from the box.

99 Snap-Fit Parts with Opening Hood and Trunk

Assembly relies on 99 precision-moulded pieces that click together, removing the need for adhesives or brushes. The completed model features an opening hood and trunk, a detailed engine, smoothie hubcaps, black vinyl tyres on metal axles and a ragtop with spare tyre. Decals supply the iconic racing stripes and number 53 graphics from the movie.

Display-Ready Build with No Finishing Required

Because every component snaps into place, the build stays clean and produces no fumes or dust. The pre-coloured plastic and factory-applied chrome eliminate painting steps, while the vinyl tyres and metal axles add weight without extra effort. The result is a shelf-ready replica that draws minimal power from the builder — just time and patience.
