Polaroid PIXPRO A16 64MP 4K 3.0" 180° Flip 16X Zoom Black

Compact 64MP vlogging camera

The Polaroid PIXPRO A16 is a compact point-and-shoot camera built around a 64MP CMOS sensor that records 4K video at 30FPS. Its 3.0-inch 180° flip screen suits solo creators who need to frame themselves while recording. The camera includes 16X digital zoom, optical image stabilisation, and a built-in flash for low-light scenes. It ships with a 64GB card and operates via USB-C for webcam use.

Simple setup with one common pitfall

Charge the battery fully before first use, insert the supplied 64GB card, and power on — the menu walks you through language and date settings. The flip screen hinges 180° for selfies or vlogging, but the hinge feels stiff at first; forcing it can damage the ribbon cable. Half-press the shutter until the focus frame turns blue to lock autofocus, then press fully to shoot.

Check your workflow before ordering

This camera uses 16X digital zoom rather than optical zoom, so distant subjects lose detail when magnified. Video tops out at 4K/30FPS with no higher frame-rate option for slow motion. The LCD specification lists 2.7 inches while the flip screen is 3.0 inches; verify which measurement matters for your mounting rig. No external microphone jack is mentioned, so on-camera audio is your only built-in option.
