Suited to offices needing multiple lines

Buyers who need a colour display, six programmable lines and PoE power will find this phone fits. It integrates with more than 60 call-control platforms. Offices requiring more than six lines or a larger touchscreen should look at other models.

Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE

Two 10/100 Ethernet ports provide network connectivity and a PC pass-through while Power over Ethernet removes the need for a separate power adapter. The phone also includes a USB port and an RJ-9 headset jack.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the Poly VVX 350 to the network and where do people go wrong?

Plug the single Ethernet cable into the LAN port for PoE power and data; the common mistake is using the PC port instead, which leaves the phone unpowered.

Which parts of the VVX 350 will need replacement after extended use?

The coiled RJ-9 handset cord and the headset cable wear first; the colour LCD backlight may dim after years of continuous operation.

What limit appears first when the phone handles back-to-back calls all day?

The six-line capacity is the hard ceiling; once six SIP dialogues are active, additional calls queue or divert until a line frees.
