Certified DECT headset for Teams users

The Poly Savi 8220 UC is a wireless headset certified for Microsoft Teams. It operates on the 1920-1930 MHz DECT band and connects through a USB-A DECT adapter. The package includes a charging stand, USB charging cable, travel case, and a USB-A to USB-C adapter for broader port compatibility.

Check USB-A port and Teams environment

Verify that the host device has an available USB-A port for the DECT adapter or plan to use the supplied USB-A to USB-C adapter. Confirm the system runs a Microsoft Teams compatible operating system so the certified integration functions as intended. Ensure desk space accommodates the charging stand for daily docking.

Stable DECT link during long calls

The 1920-1930 MHz DECT connection maintains a consistent wireless link throughout extended meetings without the dropouts common in short-range protocols. Docking the headset on the charging stand between sessions keeps the battery topped up for all-day availability. The travel case protects the kit during transport between workspaces.
