Small-room video conferencing

The Poly Studio R30 is a video conference device built for compact meeting spaces. It connects to a host system and captures audio and video for remote collaboration. The unit is certified for Microsoft Teams so participants can join calls with a single touch. Setup is designed to be quick in huddle rooms and small offices.

Suited for Teams-focused huddle rooms

This device suits organisations that standardise on Microsoft Teams and need a dedicated appliance for rooms seating a few people. Buyers who require support for other unified communications platforms should look at alternative solutions. It is not intended for medium or large conference rooms where wider coverage is needed.

Microsoft Teams certification

The single specification that decides fit is the Microsoft Teams certification listed in the technical information. If the meeting environment runs Teams natively, the R30 integrates directly; if the environment uses a different platform, the appliance will not provide the native experience.
