Questions about this item

Does the handset or base unit need a battery change during its life?

The corded VVX 250 draws power from its Ethernet connection or the supplied adapter, so no internal battery requires periodic replacement.

What limits continuous call time on the VVX 250?

With corded operation and Power over Ethernet or the included adapter, the phone stays active indefinitely; the 150-hour standby figure applies only to the cordless handset.

How much heat or fan noise does the VVX 250 produce during all-day use?

The unit has no fan and its low-power design generates minimal warmth, making it silent and cool enough for a desktop in constant operation.
