Zoom Room base kit with HP Mini PC and TC10 touch controller for conference rooms

  • Complete Zoom Room setup with included HP Mini PC
  • Touch control via TC10 controller for meeting management
  • Ready to deploy with all cables and quick start guide
  • Certified for Zoom Rooms software compatibility
  • Compact conferencing kit for small meeting spaces

Ready-to-run Zoom Room kit

This Poly Zoom Room Base Kit bundles an HP Mini PC with the TC10 touch controller so meeting rooms can join Zoom calls without a separate computer. It targets IT teams that want a certified, single-vendor solution for small to medium spaces.

Check power and network before ordering

The Mini PC and the TC10 each need a mains outlet and a wired Ethernet connection for reliable operation. Verify that the room has two free sockets and two network drops within cable reach of the intended mount locations.

Compact PC plus dedicated touch panel

The Mini PC fits behind a display or under a table, while the TC10 mounts on the table or wall for one-tap meeting control. A USB Type-C cable links the controller to the PC, carrying both data and power for a tidy, cable-managed installation.
