Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 conference phone

The Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 is a wired and wireless conference VoIP phone designed for meeting rooms that demand clear voice pickup and playback. It serves teams who need a dedicated audio endpoint with flexible content-sharing capability. The accessory integrates into existing UC platforms for group collaboration.

Legendary voice quality and multimedia playback

Patented HD Voice technology delivers deep, rich audio for every participant in the room. The system handles multi-media content playback alongside live conversation without degrading clarity. It runs out of steam in very large spaces where additional microphone pods would be required for full coverage.

Acoustic Clarity Technology for normal use

Acoustic Clarity Technology manages echo and background noise during typical conferences. The unit operates at a low power draw suitable for standard PoE or the optional Power Injection Kit. Noise remains minimal so the device stays unobtrusive on the table.

Questions about this item

Will the RealPresence Trio 8800 work with my existing SIP-based VoIP system?

The RealPresence Trio 8800 is a SIP-compatible conference phone designed to integrate with standard VoIP infrastructures, allowing it to function alongside your current SIP-based hardware and call control platforms.

How can I verify the Acoustic Clarity Technology is active after I install the unit?

After setup, place a test call and listen for the enhanced HD Voice audio quality; the system automatically applies Acoustic Clarity processing to reduce noise and echo, delivering noticeably clearer, richer sound without manual configuration.

Does the 2200-66070-001 include the Power Injection Kit or must I order it separately?

The listing offers a dropdown to select the unit with or without the Power Injection Kit; choose the bundle that includes it if you need PoE midspan injection, otherwise the standard package ships without that accessory.
