Microsoft-Certified Conference Phone

The Polycom Trio C60 MS is a dedicated conference phone preloaded for Skype for Business integration. It displays the familiar Skype interface and supports native Skype features for unified communications. A 5.0-inch colour touch screen provides intuitive navigation to reduce errors and training time. The device includes a one-year warranty.

Teams Using Skype for Business

This phone suits organisations that rely on Microsoft Skype for Business for daily collaboration. It is not suited for buyers who need support for other unified communications platforms. It does not fit users requiring video conferencing hardware. Buyers needing more than three simultaneous lines should look at a different system.

Bluetooth 5.0 and 360° Microphones

Integrated Bluetooth 5.0 allows wireless pairing with mobile devices for hybrid meetings. Three MEMS microphones deliver 360-degree pickup with a 20-foot range. Patented NoiseBlock technology suppresses background noise automatically. Gigabit Ethernet with PoE and built-in Wi-Fi give flexible network connectivity options.

Questions about this item

What network connection does the Trio C60 MS need to operate?

The phone requires a wired Gigabit Ethernet link with PoE or its built-in Wi-Fi radio for network connectivity.

Can the Trio C60 MS pair with a Bluetooth 5.0 headset while keeping a wired Ethernet link?

Yes, the integrated Bluetooth 5.0 radio works independently of the Gigabit Ethernet port, so both can be active together.

How do I confirm the 360-degree microphone coverage is active after setup?

The 5.0-inch touch screen shows real-time microphone status and the NoiseBlock indicator confirms pickup across the 20-foot range.
